Proxy Configuration & Safety
Every ad account we deliver requires a clean, residential IP address to maintain its Trust Score. Connecting from a different location or a datacenter IP can trigger an immediate "Suspicious Activity" checkpoint.
Strict Prohibition
Never use VPNs (NordVPN, ExpressVPN) or free proxies. These IPs are blacklisted by Google and Facebook. Always use the static residential proxy provided.
1. Identifying your Proxy Format
In your Client Dashboard, proxies are typically delivered in one of two formats. It is crucial to know which one your software requires:
ip:port:username:password
username:password@ip:port
2. Setup in Anti-Detect Browsers
We recommend using AdsPower, Dolphin Anty, or Octobrowser. Follow these steps:
- Create a new Browser Profile.
- Select Connection type: HTTP or SOCKS5 (check your asset details).
- Paste the proxy string. Most browsers will auto-fill the fields.
- Click "Check Proxy" to verify the connection is live.
3. Verifying IP Health
Before logging into the ad account, always visit a checker site to ensure there are no leaks (WebRTC or DNS).
4. Rotating vs. Static
For Ad Accounts, we strictly use Static Residential IPs. Do not use rotating proxies that change IP on every request, as this will log you out of the session and trigger security locks.
