Account Restrictions & Appeals

Even with the best agency accounts, restrictions (checkpoints) can happen due to AI false positives. The key is to react quickly and professionally. Our Agency status gives your appeals a higher priority.

Time is Critical

Always submit an appeal within 24 hours of the restriction. Late appeals have a significantly lower success rate.

1. Diagnosing the Ban

Before appealing, check the "Account Quality" (Facebook) or "Policy Manager" (Google) to identify the reason:

Type A: Suspicious Activity

Triggered by login, payment method, or IP changes. High success rate (90%).

Type B: Policy Violation

Triggered by your ads, creatives, or landing page content. Medium success rate.

2. Appeal Templates

Use these scripts when submitting your review request. Click "Copy" to save them to your clipboard.

Scenario A: "Suspicious Payment" or "Unusual Activity"

Hello Support Team,

I am currently traveling for business and logging in from a new location to manage my agency campaigns. I have verified my identity via 2FA and confirm that the payment method attached belongs to my agency.

Please review the account activity. All recent actions were authorized by me. I need to resume my campaigns immediately as this downtime affects my business.

Thank you.

Scenario B: "Policy Violation" (Circumventing Systems)

Hi Team,

I believe my ad account was disabled by mistake. I have reviewed the Advertising Policies and ensured that my landing page and creatives are compliant.

It seems the automated system flagged my ads incorrectly. I am running a legitimate campaign for [Insert Product Niche]. Please request a manual review of the account.

If there is a specific asset violating policy, please specify it so I can remove it immediately.

Scenario C: "Hacked Account" (Last Resort)

Urgent: I noticed unauthorized activity on my ad account. Someone else may have accessed my Business Manager and launched these campaigns without my consent.

I have now secured my account, changed the password, and enabled 2FA. Please remove the flagged campaigns and reinstate my account access.

3. Failed Appeals

If the appeal is "Permanently Rejected" after 3 attempts, follow these steps:

  • Stop immediately. Do not try to run ads on this specific ad account again.
  • Export data. If possible, download your pixel data and leads.
  • Request Replacement. If the ban happened within 48h and meets our warranty criteria, contact support for a fresh account.
