1. Account Security (2FA)
Security is our priority. Before purchasing any assets, you must secure your Client Dashboard:
- Navigate to Settings > Security.
- Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) using Google Authenticator or Authy.
- Save your Backup Codes offline.
Note: We cannot recover accounts if 2FA is lost and backup codes are missing. This is for your protection against unauthorized access.
2. The Dashboard Structure
Your dashboard is divided into three main operational areas:

Where you manage your RDPs, Proxies, and Ad Accounts. All credentials are stored here.
Wallet & Cards
Manage your balance, issue virtual cards, and track spending.
3. Support Channels
We offer two tiers of support based on your monthly spend:
- Standard: Ticketing system via Dashboard. Response time: < 24h.
- Priority (VIP): Direct Telegram channel with a dedicated account manager. Response time: < 1h.
