Refund & Replacement

How delivery works, when replacements apply, refund rules, and support hours.
1. Delivery of Accounts
- Accounts can be delivered via AdsPower, Multilogin, Octobrowser, or cookie file.
- May be provided with or without proxies, as needed.
- Available as business or individual verified (where applicable).
- Support hours: 08:00–20:00 (GMT+3), daily. Weekends: urgent cases only.
- Account data, spend, and details are tracked in our dashboard.
- Initial onboarding and step-by-step instructions & tips are provided.
2. When & How Replacements Apply
Replacement conditions differ for warmed vs. unwarmed (agency) accounts.
2.1 Warmed Accounts
- Delivered with pre-warmed campaigns that already spent and have impressions.
- Customer must verify on delivery and confirm functionality.
- We replace only accounts suspended within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- You must enable pre-created campaigns to confirm functionality.
- If you create any new campaign (your site or ours), we do not replace or refund.
Key: For warmed accounts, replacement is available only within 7 days and only if no new campaigns are created.
2.2 Unwarmed (Agency) Accounts
- Accounts suspended within 30 calendar days of delivery will be replaced, if:
- no campaign was created, or
- the first campaign is a whitehat one created by us or pre-approved and launched per our instructions.
3. Suspensions & Appeals
- For any suspension, we will attempt up to 3 appeals.
- If appeals fail, the account is marked Suspended, and any remaining balance on the associated card is removed.
4. Accounts with Websites
- Accounts delivered with an attached website incur a monthly hosting fee.
- We are not liable for issues caused by website downtime or technical failures.
5. Payments & Fees
- All payments via our cards are subject to agreed fees.
- Fees are deducted from card credit and are non-refundable.
- All payments and transactions are logged in the dashboard.
6. Seller Liability Limitations
We are not responsible for actions taken by the client after delivery (policy violations, misuse, etc.). Replacements are offered only under the conditions in this policy.
7. Refund Policy
- No refunds for accounts flagged due to client misuse or policy violations.
- Partial refunds may be granted in specific cases, subject to review and approval.
- Refund requests must be filed within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Key Policy: refunds are considered only if the product is not delivered as promised within the stated timeframe.
8. Client Obligations
- Maintain the integrity and proper use of provided accounts.
- Follow each platform’s Terms & Policies to avoid suspensions.
- Use the instructions & tips we provide for best results.
9. Confidentiality
All data, methods, and tools shared during the transaction are confidential and must not be redistributed without our explicit consent.
10. Support & Documentation
- Support hours: 08:00–20:00 (GMT+3) daily; weekends: urgent cases only.
- Comprehensive account and transaction details are kept in our dashboard.
