2. Delivery Timeframes
2.1 Standard Processing
To ensure security and compliance, all orders undergo a manual verification process by our team.
2.2 Weekend Orders
Orders placed during the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) are queued for processing on the next business day.
3. Delivery Channels
Once your order is verified and processed, you will receive your digital assets through the following secure channels:

Primary method. Your credentials, RDP IPs, and access tokens will appear in the "My Assets" section.

For faster communication, details are also sent directly to your linked Telegram account.
4. Order Delays
If you have not received your assets within 24 hours (on business days), please verify the following:
- Check your Client Dashboard for status updates (e.g., "Pending Verification").
- Ensure your payment has been fully confirmed on the blockchain (for Crypto payments).
